Hubsan ZINO 2
This drone can fly up to 33 minutes which gives you plenty of time to take photos without having to land right away. This also has a three-axis gimbal camera. It can operate in weathers from -10 C to 40 C.

One of the biggest advantages of Ruko F11 Pro is its impressive flight time. With the two included batteries, you already fly this drone for an hour. It has multiple flight modes, beginner mode, altitude hold, auto return to home, and GPS.
DJI Mini 2 SE
This drone might not be as good as the DJI Mini 3, but it still captures 2.7K images. You get around 31 minutes of flight time, which is still enough time to take good photos.
